Decorated

The Decorated style is exclusive to weapons, specifically war paints. War paints can be obtained by trading, unboxing or contracts. They can be used as skins to create a new weapon entirely, which can be strange or unusual according to the war paint. Just like unboxing cosmetics, when unboxing war paints they have a chance to be strange or unusual or both. Each war paint can apply to specific weapons, some with more options than others. For example, an extremely popular elite grade war paint is the Dragon Slayer war paint. This is obtained via the Jungle Inferno campaign contracts, and can be bought with blood money (reward for said contracts). War paints have different grades, including civilian, freelance, mercenary, commando, assassin, and elite grade. Each one has their own colors and some have different functionalities.

However, even though the decorated style is exclusive to weapons, the same grade system is applied towards cosmetics found in crates. In specific sets, there are different rarities of cosmetics with some of these different styles as the said rarity.
